Built past code at the eaves
Ice-and-water membrane is carried well past the interior wall line, not the 600 mm minimum, because that's where prairie ice sits.
Class 4 impact rating
The same shingle grade insurers discount for. It takes a 50 mm steel ball at terminal velocity without cracking the mat.
