Wellington Crescent Estate
A 1913 estate whose original slate profile had been replaced twice with the wrong system. We restored the silhouette and rebuilt the water management from the deck up.

The challenge
Three previous re-roofs had buried a rotting deck under layered underlayment, and the box gutters were dumping meltwater directly into the soffit cavity.
What we specified
Full tear-off to sheathing, 38 sheets replaced, ice-and-water membrane carried 1.8 m past the interior wall line, and hand-formed copper valley pans on all six intersections.
The outcome
Zero winter callbacks across two freeze-thaw seasons and a 30-year transferable workmanship certificate registered to the property.
“They treated a 112-year-old house like it mattered. The detailing around the dormers is better than what was there originally.”

Not sure whether you need a roof or a repair?
That's exactly what the inspection is for. Free, honest, and no one will follow up twice.
