The challenge
The insurer's first scope covered a single slope repair, which would have left mismatched granular loss across the remaining field.
What we specified
Dated photographic documentation of all four elevations, a written scope of loss, and an on-site adjuster meeting that expanded the claim to a full replacement.
The outcome
Full replacement approved with the homeowner paying only their deductible, completed eleven days after the storm.
