The challenge
Four decades of patching had left standing water across a third of the field, with drains sitting proud of the deck.
What we specified
Tapered polyiso re-slope to relocated drains, two-ply torch-applied SBS cap, and phased night installation over twelve working sessions.
The outcome
Ponding eliminated, insured value restored, and a 20-year manufacturer NDL warranty issued on the assembly.
