The challenge
Bathroom fans terminating in the attic, blocked soffit intake, and R-24 insulation compressed under a walkway of stored boxes.
What we specified
Ducted both fans through the roof, installed 34 continuous intake baffles, blew attic insulation to R-60, and carried membrane 1.2 m up the slope.
The outcome
Zero dam formation the following winter, verified by a February thermal scan at no charge.
